Edits oops. Was thinking of the Rollermines. :p

Not. All you have to do is run deep enough into the water (not too deep though) and they explode.

Damn you. I just said that, but edited thinking they were referring to the Hoppers.

I walked into the water as the followed. Not going too far, that took care of 'em. :E

Actually, shooting the rollermines so that they get pushed into the water works, alternatively collecting 'em all into one area and lobbing a grenade in does wonders as well... ;-)

Heh heh.

Make that two sentences, and it's something similar to what I would say... minus cheese...:upstare:

i voted for hopper mines but manhacks are definatley more annoying!

Antlions. Especially when you are trying to get to the Vortigaunts camp ("Don't go on the sand") since I always seem to touch the ground for a second, casuing a few antlions to appear. By the time they attack me I'll be back on rock/wood/whatever, but since you get knocked back by their attack I end up on the sand again, which end sup with me getting knocked further and further from solid ground.

Rollermines were a bit annoying too.

I used to have to restart constantly when they knocked me off the objects. Every time they did, it turned into one of my Manhack speeches.

Manhackas aren't that bad when you have the Gravity Gun, it's just the starting levels where they make me angry.

Manhacks are the fun. Comon, get you crowbar out and try to smash them! I recuse to use my Gravity Gun with them, they are really fun to kill.

Well, getting into topic, Rollermines are defenatly the worst enemy. We are luck that Valve decided to just put them on the Coast, because you CAN'T destroy it without having a explosive weapon, which is veery anoying. And they damage pretty good in groups.

Headcrabs (speacially poison because it makes noise before attacking) are easily beaten up by your fellow crowbar. 1 hit = kill.

You find them fun to fight with the crowbar?!

I've never even tried to destroy those roller mines with weapons. It's easy to be rid of them; just pick them up with the Gravity Gun and throw them into the water. When they start coming at you while you're inside that building, throw them out the windows. Then if you want to you can go down to the beach where they landed and toss em'.

Gravity Gun. Did you honestly never think of picking them up and throwing them away? That is why they only appear on the Coast.

Sorry I didn't meant to sound like I never trown them in the water. I do, that's is why I said we are lucky because Valve only included them on the coast that we can bypass them with your car or trow them into the water.

Now spawn one of those in City 17, very different. I hope we don't have to face those in Aftermath.

Fast headcrabs are by far the most annoying for me.
Manhacks stop beeing annoying and become fun when you get the gravity gun.

Honestly, I like both fighting fast zombies and the atmosphere they create. Even if it was just regular and poison zombies, the slow moving, lumbering, moaning monster thing would kind of get old.

the regular zombies are among my favourites actually, they are slow and stupid so you can take your time to kill them in the funniest way possible.

I find funny ways to kill zombies in Garry's mod, such as when I made a mortar out of a trailor, a few Breen desks, one of the blue metal dumpsters, a dynamite charge, 5 SLAMS and some saw blades. They shot across the map, and landed on a hoarde of zombies I spawned (after some aim adjustments, of course).

When I play Half-Life 2, I'm in more of the blow-your-head-off-and-burn-your-corpse kind of mood.

I couldn't stand those hopping mines. What a drag to pull each one out individually. I'd rather fight 1000 manhacks with scanners constantly taking my picture and putting sexy and cool picture frames on them and sending them to my relatives than deal with a few hopper mines.

Right, well, if they ever implement a cooperative campaign online, and I play with you, you hold back what you said, and I'll take care of the hoppers. ;)

Sure thing, just as long as you keep those evil things away from me...

I loved crowbaring the manhacks but combined with other enemies they were a pain in the ass.

I hate those disgustingly black poison headcrabs, that bite you and bring your health down to one. arghhhh! and the Poison headcrab mother zombie, that chucks poison headcrabs at you! throwing an explosive barrel at them and watching them burn and moan is about the most satisfying thing in the game.

One of them, yes. :)
