That's right, BMI on its own is untrustworthy, but if you pair it with something like body fat percentage then you get a more accurate understanding. I don't see why you're fretting though, as 20.8 is not obese - it's healthy.MaxiKana said:BMI is NOT SOMETHING TO TRUST.
If you train slightly more than averedge you get that you're obese. I got 20.8 when I am DEFINATELY NOT OBESE. My bodyfat is like 10%. So it's mostly BS. (BTW I'm 169 long and weigh 61kg).
