Ok, first of all, I must warn you. The following submission is weird and is totally an experiment. I did this being inspired of some political posters from the past century. I would say this is more like an art attempt than a logo attempt. I'll explain what I put into this.
Firstly, I printed "REN FICTION" in a normal font size. (To be honest I don't remember what font I used.) Then I photocopied it about six times, increasing the size every time. This then distorted the characters. Then I traced them in Illustrator and placed them ONE BY ONE in the layout of my previous attempt.

Simplicity FTW. I would've hand-drawn it, but my scanner's broken, so it's in paint.
There's two ways this one could go- this way, with the sort of sloppy, handwriting look, or something more like a rubber stamp.
