G-man is actually GlaDOS in android form with the ability to slow down time and shoot lazers out of his brief case! Breen's brain shall be in a Synth with a fusion cannon for an arm and a lobster like claw for another arm. Only then will Breen's dream of humanity evolving into imortality will only truely be realized!

Anyways, I don't think GLaDOS will be in it... it was destroyed by the Portal girl (I forget her name). I could imagine that the Portal girl would be in it though, I think I heard some place that she'll be in it as a new character (like Magnusson) at some point.

Certainly not. Short of visiting the remains of the Apparature Science Center (which I would be VERY surprised if they did), and finding what is left of GLaDOS, I dont think we will see it in HL3.

Except that GLaDOS is the super computer of Aperture Science and that Aperture Science was mentioned by Dr. Kliener in Episode 2. So it has everything to do with it, I still don't think GLaDOS will be in it though.
