Who wants to beta test gmail?

Someone, please invite me! I want to test this shit really bad! I'll buy you a car if you invite me... or not, but I would be very glad if someone could do that!

Because you're the one that wants the gmail account. You have to be like 15 years old to actually post a pic of a girl to get the account. I can't believe I actually had you going for that long. Some people will do almost anything for something free.

Good point. I must rethink my last posts. Nevermind the pics although I never asked for nude pics. SubKamran, I do need your email address and first and last name to send you the invitation for being a good sport.

Because it's new I guess. Still in beta testing. It also gives you 1gig of storage.

Because Google is amazing. Whatever they do, they rock at it, they know what the people want. If I used free email, I'd use it!

It now looks like Yahoo is trying to compete with the Gmail. They've upped the limit from 4mb to 100mb. I can't get the Yahoo mail to work today.
 
Pretty soon there is going to be a war in which can only end in one way...either with yahoo of google using up the entire internet for giant email accounts

Also...i would like to get in on this :D

... the other day, nasa told me they'ed send me all the readings and data they had collected over the years... including proof that life existed on other planets and shit. they asked for my email but i told them it only alowed 4 mb of space. they replied with "pfft, n3wb"

now i know what they were talking about. i must have a terabyte of email space.

purely for fan mail of course. :D

It's true that people don't really need a gig of storage for email, but it's better than 4mb from yahoo and 2mb from hotmail. Plus there are still a lot of good user names available. One of these days I'll see how long it takes to upload movies and mp3s from home and download them at work.

Well, now my old yahoo account can store 100MB of spam. I wonder how many Viagra and weight loss ads I can store. I forgot about the enlarge your penis ads too. Does anyone want me to send them that ad? I bet most of you are in still in the peach fuzz stage.

Uhm, what? I won't ask.
As for the complaints of spam, this happens on ANY mail provider. Yahoo has pretty decent spam filters in my experience.
