Coming from the guy who asked for nude pics of 15 year olds...blag said:Because you're the one that wants the gmail account. You have to be like 15 years old to actually post a pic of a girl to get the account. I can't believe I actually had you going for that long. Some people will do almost anything for something free.

Tork said:Google is NOT reading your mail. Privacy is an issue we take very seriously. Gmail is a technology-based program. Advertising and related information are shown using a completely automated process. Ads are selected for relevance and served by Google computers using the same contextual advertising technology that powers our AdSense program. This technology enables Google to effectively target dynamically changing content, such as email, or news stories.
Because the ads and Related Pages are matched to information that is of interest to you, we hope you'll find them relevant and useful.
If you'd like to know more about how Google handles your Gmail information, please read our Gmail Privacy Policy.

actually, yahoo now has 100mbblag said:There are a few ads that appear on the right side of the screen. I don't think they are a big deal. They aren't annoying. At least there are no popups.
It's true that people don't really need a gig of storage for email, but it's better than 4mb from yahoo and 2mb from hotmail. Plus there are still a lot of good user names available. One of these days I'll see how long it takes to upload movies and mp3s from home and download them at work.

blag said:Well, now my old yahoo account can store 100MB of spam. I wonder how many Viagra and weight loss ads I can store. I forgot about the enlarge your penis ads too. Does anyone want me to send them that ad? I bet most of you are in still in the peach fuzz stage.
Shuzer said:Uhm, what? I won't ask.
As for the complaints of spam, this happens on ANY mail provider. Yahoo has pretty decent spam filters in my experience.
