I'm gonna be slightly controversial and say that Ventriloquist would make a superb villain for Batters 3. Just imagine how creepy Scarface could be in the Nolan Batman universe.

The penguin is quite possibly the worst villain ever invented.

Why the hell ANYONE would want him in anything Batman related is anyone's guess.

I'd much rather they invented a new villain than see the penguin in any of the new Batman movies, that's how much I think he sucks.

Comic book bane, or Mr. Freeze would be good. But he has to be like in the animated series, no arnold freeze please.
