In case you can't remember, I made this thread a while ago, and now I'm making another!

Gah!

I added some more choices from the last thread I made, so even more now!

EDIT: Poll up - For me it'd be close between Scratchy Throat (I don't get why it's like that) and the Alarm (I put my radio alarm on, and put it to static, then set it to highest volume, it makes my heart race.. Only way to wake me up, and it sucks to have your heart beat a mile a minute first thing in the morning, but it keeps you from going back to sleep..) and Morning Glory.

I'd say Morning Glory, though.

in before poll?

Also, the worst part is waking up.

I was gonna say "bad breath", but then I remembered that I always end up intrigued about what my breath is gonna smell like once I do get out of bed.

I'm still ****ing tired!

:(

Getting up early in the morning is by far the worst part of life.

Still tired. I dont know why, but when I wake up, nothing is more important to me than going back to sleep. I sometimes wake up, look at the clock and see that I need to be out of my apartment in 5 minutes or else ill be late, and I think "**** it" and close my eyes again.

EDIT: lol at "flolgers".

How do you smell your own breath, though? I can taste it, that's how I know it's bad.. Tastes like ass..

after a night out, it's waking up and thinking a) i can't believe i did that with that girl and b) **** my head hurts

after a normal night i hate the alarm clock part because that's basically symbolic of the entire horrible experience of having to wake up before you want to

Pee boners. End of story.
Those are hilarious.

My method? Once I get downstairs for breakfast (which is always cereal), I lick my spoon, breathe onto it, then smell it. It actually works, and it usually smells awful :p

Hangovers are #1 on my list, alongside head rushes caused by getting up too fast. They usually start off a head ache which then makes me feel sluggish and generally awful for most of the morning/early afternoon.

Morning glory is a mixed blessing however.

Pissing whilst erect is a nightmare.

If I wake up earlier than 8am, it feels horrible.

I hate the feeling of waking up, but I guess it's a necessary evil.

For me actually, a little bit of alcohol the night before numbs the pain of getting up and makes it bearable. Not too much alcohol though or I would feel worse than normally.

A hot shower seems to sort everything though.

Realizing that your life is shit and you've been too well rested enough to be able to get back to sleep.

In contrary to most people, I hate a morning shower. Nothing about it feels good to me. But gotta do it in order to smell fresh!

Alarms – especially mobile phone alarms – depress the hell out of me. I wake up to some horrible tune and simply lose the will to live.

Alarms ? especially mobile phone alarms ? depress the hell out of me, they really, really do. I wake up to some horrible tune and lose the will to live.

I have a large novelty alarm clock that's about as loud as, and sounds quite like, a fire station bell. Those kind that bang back and forth on the large bells.

I'm with ya there buddy.

Haven't we had this thread before?

No matter:

Folger's in your Cup!

damnit, someone else said it already.

But I said it in the last thread first....

I made my own tune on my phone; it's called "WAKE THE **** UP" :p

The worst part is still feeling tired, and for some reason my body tries to get that sleep from more oxygen, so when I wake I take deep breaths that make me incredibly drowsy D:

For me, it's how more comfortable my bed is all of a sudden compared to how it is when I first go to bed. The one thing I hate most, though, is waking up hot and sweaty. Urgh.

My phone alarm use to have the most horrendous alarm tone ever, but I've since moved on with the times and got a new phone, so now I wake up the furious clanking and grinding of Omgyja Switch by Aphex Twin, which is quite nice. From now on I keep my alarm AWAY from reach, because otherwise I get hold of it and turn it off, thus resulting in alot of missed college classes

The best part of waking up? Falling asleep. Then waking up again, and falling asleep again. That moment where you wake up and are aware that you're drifting back to sleep, it's like the body is filled with hormones of "this feels grrreeeat"

What's wrong with having a Morning Glory? If you have to take a piss in that state, though, that's a different story...

Read the very first line in the very first post - amazing!

The only reason I like it is because, for me to be able to sleep, I need some kind of noise, and a fan works perfectly. Now, in the winter it's not that cold, because the heat to the house is on, and there is a vent right beside my bed. But in the summer, the cold air is on, and I've got a fan on the highest setting blowing right at me while there is really cold air pumping out of the vent, so when I wake up I'm damn cold. I run to the shower and it feels so good (it's warm)..

I used to (when I was about 10-14) set my alarm for 6AM, just so I could wake up and fall back to sleep. I love it. I don't do it anymore though... Now I've got sleeping problems that make me wake up atleast 20-25 times per night at random times, so I experience that alot. :)

haha, am I the only one that got reminded of that one commercial in I think an office building..?

and I hate the part where I'm still feeling tired afterwards :/

Where's "Forgetting the awesome but not neccessarily wet dream you just had"?

God dammit.. I always forget one option.. I was thinking of putting "Forgetting an Awesome Dream" in the options but I forgot...

Can any mods take out the Folgers one and put in that one?

waking up in the back seat of your car for some reason :|

I hate that when I am fvcking elizabeth hurley,I open the eyes and find out it was a dream

A hot shower seems to sort everything though.

This is true.

Also true.

I just hate the sore throat, blocked sinuses and all that bullshit when I wake up. Feels horrible.
