WoW 360

Eeeeerm no. WoW is already full of enough idiots, it really doesn't need more noobs who can't actually type (this time because they DON'T HAVE A KEYBOARD -_-). Stupid question really.

I actually think it would work well on Live, it's a pretty decent idea. But Blizzard's platform is PC and I think the should stay there.

Seems like it'd be a system seller. I personally haven't been bitten by the WoW bug but I hear it's the best MMORPG out there and it's addictive. I'm not a fan of those types of game though.

I think you should only use one question mark, that's what I think. :|

Yeah, but if they can't type, then they can't be true idiots, now can they?

FFXI supported the keyboard so I don't see how WoW wouldn't and no, I'm not for WoW on 360.

its totally different going from keyboard to controller then it is controller to keyboard. i think it would be a waste on the xbox.

They're probably also whores for even more money, so yeah..

They ARE a buisness. They make money, thats all they do, and in this case, for the most part, they make money doing something they like to do

Pff, wind-up.

Well, I should hope not anyway.

Making WoW on the Xbox 360 would take valuable time and money and resourses that could be spent making Starcraft 2. Thus: WoW on X-box 360 = FTL.

Depends, Blizz has multiple dev team's that are responsible for specific games. I think the SC and WoW team's are seperate, so porting WoW wouldn't have a significant effect on the development of SC2.

As for the WoW --> 360 comment, I personally don't play it but I have a friend who does and I'm pretty sure Modding (specifically in the UI / Macro department) is a huge part of WoW, so if given the choice I'd definately go with the computer.

How exactly would you play WoW on the 360? I have oh, 40 different skills on my UI, using about 10 very frequently. How can a console controller do that quickly enough to not get trounced in PvP, hell by any mob in the game. And, raid mods are just short of absoutely necessary to defeat difficult raid mobs. How could an Xbox player heal a raid quickly? How could they PvP effectively if they had to use all the L/R buttons as "shift" type things to make their other buttons have different functions. If playing a mage or warlock (as well as other caster classes) would they be able to use a lower rank of an ability and a higher rank (Healers often use a rank or two below max as well as max to fit just the right amount of healing on their target, and sometimes with good gear, lower ranks are more mana efficient)

The only class I can imagine being able to play on an XBox is a Warrior, and only because it's so incredibly easy, and they have few skills since they're divided into three different stances for the most part. Rogue is also a possibilty, again because of "stances" (stealth and normal) and the fact that they can win the average PVE fight by pressing sinister strike until they have 4/5 combo points, then eviscerating, with the occasional gouge for energy or a backstab. Any caster class would need too much coordination for the player to be able to handle having that many abilities.

I don't see how they could play it without massive "auto-aim"-like additions just for them.

This post has been made possible by your friendly Tuesday WoW maintenance schedule.

Okay I don't think this post makes any sense. Time to eat...

The WoW team is seperate.
You have a WoW team, A RTS team, a Diablo team, and a Console team.
RTS team hasn't released anything since WC3:TFT
Diablo team hasn't released anything since Diablo 2: Expansion.
Console team never released anything and was last working on Sc:G, they were established E3 2005.
And the WoW team I believe is quite a few people from the Diablo team aswell as several other teams and a bunch of new people.

i dont see how one could play wow without a keyboard. at least not very effectively anyway.

Apart from technical difficulties it would allow console morons to increase the average idioticism on servers even more, so no >_>
