Yo, I don't know if any of you where there the last hour, But the world was set on fire and Demons where unleashed on the world. Here is a little happened of how I came to confront a Demon.
I was running around looking for eveyone for some time, there was an unatural feel to things and I couldn't seem to figure out where everyone had gone. I traveled across the lands to board lines between the Alliance and Horde and still could not find anything hostile. I decided to dance around naked with this guy for a bit until my teleport recharged (it takes 40minutes). Once complete I decided to fix my daggers (I have dual daggers, I am uber assassin female
and naked obviasly. but thatw as just for fun). I asked around on local channels and I heard some rumors of demons and other things. So I thought I would check it out. I jump on my large pigeon with legs (transport ship) and travel across the Sea back to where my adventures had once begun. Once I was home I straight away noticed fire everywhere, I was a little confused so I decided to investigate some more. I traveled through a very large pink teleport which teleports me through the trees and back to the main alliance home. I began to run forward along a very long bridge which leads to a main land area full of basic quests etc... this bridge is at least 200/400 meters long so it takes some time to across. As I begin to run across I see bodies as I pass. There was just one or two so I wasn't that bothered. But as I progressed I began to see more... and more.... and more.... it got to the point where there must have been at least 200 corpses on my screen. I begin to peak the steps at the end of the bridge and as the horizon apears I an confronted by a huge Dreadlord with a very large number of people around his attempting to kill him. I run straight forward and begin the battle and obviasly die, just like everyone else....
Thats my little story anyway, I hope you enjoyed reading it. I was wondering what type of confrontations you have seen in your time playing WOW, will you be buying the retail version?
