No one's telling how to do it. I'm currently trying to find it cause im bored.

Only thing I've come across is a cvar called cs_disko. I set it to one but dont know what else.

By the way, I'm assuming sv_cheats 1 has to be on.

And hey, i found a cool little thing. with sv_cheats 1 on type impulse 102 and see what happens.
 
It's just a model running through a canned animation. I imagine you have to use a hex editor to insert the proper entity.
 
it's an easter egg. Cliffe and Waldo kind of confirmed it in that thread.
Cliffe said something like
"Didn't think you'd find it that soon"

I suppose you still could be right
 
Haha, no, nobody hex edited animation files to make a terrorist dance. It was put there by Valve. Only works on that specficic part of the hardware test map.

not true. i've seen it done on de_dust.
 
you need to hex edit the map to have a cycle entity. Then with sv_cheats 1 you can use

ent_fire ct use < initiates
ent_fire ct sequence 3 < dance dance dance!

I just meant he used an editor to put the entity in, not to creat the animation.
