Seriously i think the must have decided it was

1. Taking to much space.

2. Not being used enough to justify its existence (yes that doesnt fit with the first in anyway)

Personally i think they should have kept it. It would keep the amount of new posts down in off topic.

I'm playing around with forums again. International forums weren't being used and I thought the Off topic forum would get some more views if everything was packed into it.
