X800 Or Car?

ahahah i can respect a guy eho dosnt like mustangs... but if i drop the v8 into it... add ram air or cold air.... 2 inch exhaust and some other tweaks me and my biuddy can do... i will easily be able to pull close to 300hp wit it. YEAH! ... plus my main goal is to beat the rice-rocket(import car) freaks out their! .... no offnese of course...

PEACE

Mike

Just 2 inch exhaust? Rotflmao, don't make me laugh at you, a v8 can use 3 inch without a problem with pushing 300hp. And its not too difficult to beat "rice-rockets" when you have 4 more cylinders. But if every import is a "rice-rocket" go race a mk4 bpu supra, tell me the events on how you got your ass handed to you.

If you're serious about the Mustang (shame its not more vintage than mid-eighties), I'd definitly go for that. It won't be obsolete in three years.

heh i ride is a ride regardless. if u own your own car its all cool... lol. I jus mustang would be cooler... lol

Take the video card. The fact that your even debating it as a hardcore mechanic shows that you want the video card but also consider the stang as to keep with your friends approval. Get the card, you'll be happier.

:| The Subaru WRX STI I plan to get will pwn your pony.

Get the video card, enjoy HL2. And, then try to mod the 'Stang into HL2. :E

oo shit i love subaru's to dude. our family once owned a 86 subaru 4x4 sation wagon. it was a four banger... but man ohh man wasit cool. And ray man that idea would kick ass!

PEACE

What do you plan on doing to the Mustang?

I have a 1992 Ford Mustang 5.0L HO LX as of now. The only things I have done to it are a cold air intake, headers, and exhaust. She is a pretty quick car, but she is currently going in for repairs. The coolant overflow is cracked, I have a small oil leak, my power locks are ****ed, and I killed my battery with my sound system. =)

Oh, and if I were you, I would probably go with the Mustang. It sounds like you'll have a lot more fun with it, especially if you enjoy working on cars. =)

Video go down in price alot faster than cars. In your position I would get the car, its easier and more fun to show off a Mustang than a graphics card. However the car could end up costing much more when you include insurance and gas costs, that could make the graphics card more worthwhile.

well dude i was thinking about getting all the same stuff done... mabey sending the 5.0l out to get bored out as much as possible. Then mabey a port and polish.... a cooler system wouldnt be bad either... ahh well im just spittin ideas.. lol
