Actually, canada is bilingual officially (french and english) But quebec is officially and really only french (altough in the western parts of montreal everyone is english, and rich, and snob) , There are some "french" people in new foundland (but we are not sure yet what langage they speak :E , they speak funny, like a mix of english and french). They are also a lot of french people in the east of ontario.
But they are a lot of french speakers scattered accross canada too (and 3 millions of french speakers in the USA IIRC, so lookout for one )
