Hello. I recently went to Niagara Falls (Canadian side) and checked out the haunted houses in that area. By far, the scariest one (in terms of shocks, people grabbing you and gimmicks) was Nightmares Fear Factory. That was funny.

What are your experiences with haunted houses?

Well the ones near me aren't that great. They don't really scare me as much as startle me. They're usually expensive as **** too and have long waits, so I usually don't go to many.

Wrell ronce me and Raggy saw a rewlly rarry rhost.

Local amusement park has a really awesome fear fest althrough October. Nothing else memorable though.

I used to live in Niagara Falls. Clifton Hill but a 5 minute walk from my house. They were all shit, but Nightmares was the best one there.

Not much, most are pretty dumb.

Relying on shock value are the worst kinds.

My nan used to live opposite a grave yard and I used to always watch those horror movies and murder mysteries shows when I was a kid, so I'm not afraid of anything. (except spiders, heights, water, the dark, ghosts, etc.)

I'm afraid of Americans. Fill up a house with a bunch of strange American vagrants (homeless), and I'll be trying to find a way out of there. You can almost hear them saying "braaaiiinss", but what they are really saying is "chaaannngee. Spare some chaanngee?"

Chaaaaange. Spare some chaanngee...

Virus, you're a traitor to the cause...

The last one I can remember was when I was in elementary school and they had it at the Six Flags amusement park for Halloween. I think there were three versions -- the kid's one which was non-scary and you got candy, the medium scariness one (which was pretty scary to me at the time), and the one where people would come out and follow you around. I didn't even go in the last one. I think I have a slight fear of being followed/chased, e.g. I really hate videogames where something is chasing you, and in real life whenever I'm walking around by myself at night or somewhere I don't normally go, I'm always ready to start running.

Been to a few in Clifton Hill which is what your describing but the best was on in the Galleria Mall (Cheektowaga, NY, which is near Niagara Falls by 20 miles) when my friends and I went drinking and went into one. It wasn't scary but its much more fun when drunk

My house is haunted. Seriously, i'm not joking. One night I was laying on my bed, facing the wall, and on the wall I saw an arm shoot up like it was going to grab me. I also here whispers all the time. Also, my closet opens and closes by itself - the knob turns.

I used to have weird things like that too but its just your own mind split thats all. your seeing what your other half wants to see. none of it is real, otherwise that hand would hurt you or things would be much more grave. either that or its death reminding you your days are numbered

I will **** up some supernatural. That's why I don't see that shit. They won't dare. Oooooo they can open dooooors.

Mother****er I will hit your ass with a shovel.

What if they have anti-shovel armour? Then you're ****ed.

Carnival or Halloween haunted houses are boring and silly, but around here there's this abandoned mental institution that was in a big 3 story house, and that is absolutely the most freakishly weird place I've ever been at night in my life. It has doors opening out into thin air on the second and third stories and has a real creepy aura around everything.

Edit. Thought you were talking about actual haunted houses and not the carnival kind.

Never had any paranormal experiences. Doubt I ever will.

Anyone ever watched that TV show TAPS? Supposedly, they try to use scientific 'evidence' as proof of paranormal existence, though I believe most of it is doctored up for ratings. I'll never believe anything on any of those 'ghost hunter' TV shows.

In one episode of TAPS, they actually investigated a place that supposedly is haunted nearest where I live in St. Augustine Florida at the old Spanish fortress where a bunch of extremists murdered hundreds of protestants during the 16th century. I've actually been there a few times as a kid (7 yrs old), but never got the impression it was haunted as all I cared about at the time was that I was at a cool fort that reminded me of Super Mario Bros 3. Probably helped too that it was during tourism hours during the day and I was with other tourists and my parents.

I want to confirm the supernatural once and for all one day by visiting the castle of Vlad Dracul in (Romania?), supposedly the most haunted place on Earth.

There is house near me that most of my family used to live in and apparently that was haunted, when my sister used to go up she would hear the fridge opening and closing, i never saw or heard anything but i heard loads of stories, kinda freaked me out, but if i believed in ghosts, and i dont, they would only be deceased family members anyway so who cares.
