Your Favorite Kitchen Utensil!!

If you like to cook, then you have a favorite thing in your kitchen tha you cook with, what is it!?

Mine would have to be this non-stick frying pan, it has a red dot in the middle, and when the pan is hot enough the dot disappears, I use this for every single thing I fry, if it's dirty, I will clean it by hand!

Also I have this plastic spatula (sp?) it has a rubber handle, and holes so whatever is on it, it drains it's grease out of the spatula

My blender, seriously, I've been using it for 3 years straight now... and it hasn't failed me yet.
You can do anything with it.
Making pudding, shakes, smoothies, mix drinks, mix batters for certain foods(pancakes, waffles, cornbread, muffins, you name it.).

I like to use a spoon for everything. My knives are too blunt to actually cut anything, and forks are frustrating.

I have a mitt like that, it's made of silicon rubber or something, so you can stick it in a pot of boiling water, oven, hold really really hot metal...not too hot.
I forget what the heat limit for it was...definitely my favourite kitchen tool

This some like spaghetti spoon. It has prongs all around the outside which aids in picking up spaghetti from saucepans. It can also be used on noodles which is why it's my primary utensil as it speeds up the noodles from the saucepan, into the sweet chilli sauce, into my stomach.
