Maurice Sanchez of, "Pressing Issues" (GTA: Vice City VCPR) was funny as hell , as well as Andy Dick's character. (can't remember his name anymore). The only "music" I can recite flawlessly in my mind is the main theme song from the original Deus Ex. In fact, I can hear it now.
