Please, do be honest. If you know your IQ post here... just curious.

Heh, just for fun I took 10 random IQ tests online, the scores ranged from 145 to 137, I took off the best and the worst and added all the rest together and divided them together. My average is about 141.

What exactly IS an IQ? what does it mean/ditermin?

IQ tests aren't reccomended for younger age groups considering that most of their logic is still premature.

I took mine when I was pretty young..don't remember how young though.
 
Knowing your own IQ is always a bad thing. No good can come of it.

Seriously, think about it. If its high you get a inflated view of yourself without having really earned it, and if its low its a blow to your self esteem over something that in the end means close to nothing.

That said, mine was 146 last I checked.
 
1. Your IQ "supposidly" never changes after a certain age. Ie, if you take it when you're 18, it will be the same as when you're 60
2. If ANY of your scores were obtained online, they aren't real.
3. 100 is average
4. Why is it that EVERYONE on the internet has an IQ that is far above average?

Pretty much true. A score of 120 roughly means you are in the 80th percentile.

IQ only measures potential though, not knowledge.

I got to go to a "gifted" class throughout middle school because of my IQ... while all the other people were getting homeowrk in their social studies classes (what this class replaced), we didn't have to do crap. It was sweet. :D I guess there were those few big projects, but I like to leave things out to make my points better...

Oohhh I see! Now that I hear that number I think I rememvber that being Bill CLinton's IQ. I read somewhere he had the highest IQ of all the presidents in history. No wonder he got it in the oval office!

IQ only represents potential. If you lock somebody in a room with an IQ of 150, they will still be stupid. A person with a high IQ must actively learn in order to utilize their IQ.

I've read that IQ can range up to +/- 15 points depending on your environment (like quality of school, home life, etc).

Yes I had that in mind when using that joke... You see he's supposedly the highest I.Q. of all presidents, and he's the only President to get it in hte oval office... catch my drift?
