Not a game that should be reviewed by Yahtzee. F*** them fanboys.

He's wrong...

I have never campaigned for the name Wii, and in fact I've at every turn protested against it and called it a Nintendo Revolution(which is what it is).

But I still like SSBB.

He's right about this. WTF was Nintendo smoking when they announced that both Snake and Sonic are new characters and decided those characters should be locked from first place?

Fission mailed, nintendo.

Loved it, mostly because I've built up a hatred of SSB's over the years so I had a good laugh at the "that guy" joke (soo true), the locking of characters and not being able to tell what the hell is going on (I imagine it's gotten worse in SSBB).

Not much point in writing anything here this week, everyone's already ****ed off to their favourite Nintendo forum to talk about how I'm not a 'real' reviewer
I lol'ed, it does seem to be the most consistent criticism of his when people disagree with his reviews.

I've just remembered what everyone is talking about with the 'that guy' joke. That IS true. They're far from the sole offender, and it's not like it's even a definitive flaw, but Nintendo games do seem to cultivate the 'that guy' syndrome. I was always 'that guy' on Double Dash because I spent so long unlocking all the damn stuff in single player before anyone I knew had even touched the game.

Also just noticed the TO DO list at the beginning, lurl:
'- delete fan mail
- attempt suicide
- review SSBB'

'That guy' exists for every multiplayer game. Street Fighter, Tekken, you name it. Anything mp that involves some skill, practise and learning, turns you into 'that guy'. People who aren't 'that guy' are 'noobs'.

...the cool characters are locked until you play the dull singleplayer game for hours...
I unlocked all the characters before I even touched the single-player portion of the game, so he's wrong in that department.

Even though I rather enjoy the game, I also enjoyed his review, and can see how someone could dislike the game.
