Chevelle: For those that love Tool

If you love Tool youve probably heard of Chevelle, but for those that havent, theyre kinda similar. Seeing as Chevelle's lead singer Pete Loeffler sounds alot like Tool's Maynard James Keenan, can only solidify that fact

I love Tool, but I cannot for the life of me listen to Chevelle. It just doesn't click with mah brains.

Chevelle is meh. The singer sounds a little, but not too much, like Keenan.

Tool is a far, far better band

Seriously, before I actually started listening to Tool, I thought that was them every time I heard it.

Well, its either one song I like from chevelle, or exactly zero songs I like from tool.

I like Chevelle, at least some of their songs. And they sound nothing like Tool, which is a progressive rock band. My favourite would be "The Fad" which is an awesome song.
In fact, they sound like a mix of Nu Rock and experimental rock instead.

I've seen them a couple times at shows I went to for other bands. Never really clicked with me and I wouldn't say they sound like tool. It prolly doesn't help that I can't hear their name without thinking of chevette, which is a pretty crappy american car.
