put in some arches. lower the diving board. Have a dense locker room. Rather than a huge open plan arrangement. Take off the full bright and stick in a skybox with windows.
Ok I need no help anymore. I worked out the alpha textures and the results are awesome. There will be an upstairs big area with custom props, like chairs and tables to throw.
As you can see still a few texture issues. It has a stack(from goldeneye) feel.
