    Dust is balanced. Now if they released cs_assault, then I would have been a bit disapointed (unless it undergoes ALOT of changes). The problem with dust is that teams tend to camp after they lose. That leads to more and more losses... jut my opinion. If Terrorists rush, then they can win.

    Leaning, not in HL2, but it could be modded in for other projects. HUD, yes, you can modify your hud. It's client side. Lip-sync, yes but not as complex as in the singleplayer.
