Yeah man go rescuse a hostage. They get stuck on EVERYTHING. They did however fix the grenade bug, props for that at least. I wanted new player models, better netcode and increased stability. As of right now 1.6 has more features and to top it all off theres a bug with the dedicated server...

Why not complain. This is a 5 year old game with a month of beta testing. You say "Oh you can always update" and im sure valve says the same. Guess what, thats how things never get finished.

How did I know this was going to be cheap. Well for all of you that don't know, CS:S final is the exact same thing that the beta was with new maps. All the same bugs, No new models, and on top of everything when you load the final it deletes your cfg incuding any sprays in your materials folder...

I have a mobile 5600 FX card and with a boss rig i need to run 640x480 with all settings lowest. Now a desktop FX card may be fine, but I specifically said mobile in the post above.

The map tools will be released with HL2 in what is called an SDK. It's a development kit for mod makers and map makers alike.

Anything over 2.0 GHz with a gig of ram can run flawlessly with the correct video settings. Under that specification it's basically hit or miss. The video card however should be made within the last few years or so, NVIDIA and FX mobile cards blow for source.

Sorry lemme get it with zoom. The max filesize kept me from making it larger. If you have any trouble seeing the image just make a new game and test it out yourself. Medium to long range it does it the worst.
