If you go to "common" in sounds, it says Citadel eli_lab k_lab NovaProspekt and trainyard. In the levels folder i was talking about there's canals, citadel, coast, labs, prison, and streetwar. Any ideas?

I am aware of that, but considering they seem to be grouping it (Sounds package, and the base materials package), its just seems like thats it for sounds for now. Obviosly you could be right though.

If you open the HL2 sounds pre-load with GCFScape, go to ambient sounds, and then levels, you can see that there are only 6 levels. Valve said that each chapter is approxamitly 3-4 hours, meaning a max of about 24 hours. Could they have shortened it, or are they making the levels longer?

If you lookat some of the new alienwares you can get 4ghz processors. I think its for the liquid cooling ones, so Im guessing they just overclock it.

I say RC on 15th, gold on 30th, release in mid-october. If its shorter that they say it is it might take less time for them to go gold, but still i say early-mid october.

what i never got was why they took the "escape" maps out of Cs, where one side has to excape and the other must stop. They can either run or break into an armory and fight. It even has it in My CS manual, but its not in the game.

Im pretty sure they wont release TFC:S if TF2 is anywhere near done. Rmember they WERE always making TF2, they just kept their mouths shut b/c of needing to keep HL2 secret. If they are planning on releasing TF2 this year, there's no need to Release tfc:s. Though it would be nice, dont count on...

Actually there is a hack that makes you run REALLY fast. Ther was this guy called morpheus who always used the speed hack...really annoying. Except when I killed him. He was almsot impopssible to hit. You could only get himwhen he wouldnt move, so it was almost liek he was a "boss".
