Arrrrrrggggghhhh!! I hate MS!!!!! 1:30am. Finally finished downloading the 600MB HL2 video only to have MS Internet Exploder attempt to COPY the file rather than MOVE the file to it's intended save location (desktop) and since I didn't have 1200+ MB free...What does this quality program...

If there's one thing that got the most lasting reaction from me about the long E3 video is the bloodcurdling screams from the headcrab zombies. Those screams just make me cringe. Good job on sound design Valve!! :-) Kinda makes you wanna just shoot 'em to put em out of their misery. That or...

Hey Brainiac, they answered a couple yesterday.

When one looks at the the "Info you've recieved from Valve" thread it becomes clear that the Valve guys have more than enough time to read and reply to even the most mundane of e-mails. On a couple occasions I have e-mailed Valve regarding Nvidia cards, looking for them to say something good...

I can confirm that as well. (Broadway and Granville.) But since it's an import it takes a while to get here. (Maybe a month?)

I'm willing to bet large amounts of cash that we will see several porn mods for HL2 appear very shortly after release. It'd be too funny for people to avoid doing. There'll be nude skins obviously, and the lip synched porn moans etc. Kleiner and Barney tag teaming Alyx etc. Guaranteed.

I don't know if Direct X 9 shaders could do this but I thought something that would be kinda funny/cool for HL2 is a player idle animation where you see Gordon's hands come up to his face and momentarily remove his glasses to wipe them clean, leaving a blurry unfocused POV of the game world...

Stupidest thing I ever heard of. But anyways.... someone had to do this.... HL2 Cereal
