Yes and no. I see no balance to the way they score their games.
While I very much appreciate them never giving out 9.8's and such like IGN does, I find no balance in their rating system. Halo 2 so overwhelmed Half-Life 2 according to them.
Also, Jade Empire and Chaos Theory (great games, imo)...
To be honest, I just don't trust Gamespot with reviews (for my taste in games) anymore. After what they gave Half-Life 2, Jade Empire, Halo 2, Chaos Theory, etc.
I know there are some really cool ones that involve solving puzzles from .jpg images that appear on your screen, but I can't remember the links. I'll keep thinking about where I found those.
In the meantime, if anyone else remembers these.....?

I say get the gun, especially if you'd had your eye on it for a while now. Computers and electronics are always evolving and getting better. At first it would be a nice upgrade, but after a while it might become a little stale.
Nothing like shooting a gun, though!
