This is probably fixed now but for people who get this error now I'll post how to fix it, because I got it today and it was quite annoying Start -> Run <enter> type the following line and click OK: C:\windows\syswow64 msiexec /regserver

Cool, I'm glad Valve says they're they're making good progress with VAC2. If they didn't say that I also thought that but now I know it for sure :P

I haven't heard of this mod but it looks fantastic. I love the surreal style of the vehicles (like the tank which is shown in the first post and the airships, like this beauty. I hope we can see some 3d models soon. And let's have a talk about the story. I can't name another mod with a story...

When I read it I thought immediatly of the ATI levels. I hope my ATI 9800 supports it, I don't think my 9800 supports all the effects that are going to be used in the ATI levels but HDR should be possible I think.

Yeah, it looks exactly like my bedroom :P It seems there was a lot or terrorism in those rooms, and I like that :D

I haven't played RTW but the sound has to be very good to beat HL2's sound :) But I'm happy it's HL2 and not some consolegame like Metroid Prime 2, Burnout 3, Halo 2 or GTA SA :)

This is one of the things I always wanted to do in a game. And that's why HL2 owns Halo 2 and Doom 3 :P

The screens in the newspost here still don't work but you have to visit the mediasection on their site anyway. It looks very nice and they have made a cool HUD too, especially the radar which you can see in the upper right corner of this screen

Happy New Year to all and let's hope 2005 is going to be even a better game-year than 2004 was, and with Battlefield 2, F.E.A.R., S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Black & White 2, Wartime Command and Act Of War Direct Action and all those Half-Life 2 mods I think it will be :D
