Chronicles of Riddick doesn't use the DOOM 3 engine. It was Starbreeze's own proprietary engine.
I do agree, though, that Chronicles of Riddick is a fantastic game. The atmosphere was definitely one of it's strong points.

EDIT - Warbie already posted the link! Great minds think alike huh? They do have the best videos for Xbox 360 hands down.
The game looks absolutely gorgeous. Traveling throughout the galaxy and investigating star systems for alien...
That's fine with me. Maybe by the time that they release it, Windows Vista will be out and I'll have my new system. Then I can play everything on the highest settings.
I had been watching this game for quite a while now. It never looked like an outstanding game but fun nonetheless. With this latest 6 min video though, the game looks much more polished than it has been in the past. The physics look good and so do the special effects. The magic spells also look...
I don't think there is an official Castlevania game for the PSP. There's a few for the DS/GBA but not for the PSP. I need to get the latest Castlevania for my DS Lite.
I can't help but think that the Cell chip is overhyped. Sony made tons of promises with the PS2's "Emotion Engine" and look how that turned out. All of Sony's "supercomputer" talk has made be a skeptic.

The guy has taken more vacations than any other President and he still makes tons of mistakes. He can't even make good decisions when he's relaxed and calm.
Wasn't he on vacation when he was handed the memo about Al Queda attacking the US with planes?
I love my DS and I only have one game so far. I got the New Super Mario Bros game. Lots of fun. I play it every night before I go to sleep. Plus, the little mini games are addicting too. :)
I have a PS2 with a fairly large library of games. It is still a great system. However, I'm just not really that pleased with what Sony has been doing with the PS3. Their presentation at E3 was underwhelming and the devs that presented the games spouted off stuff that seemed forced. The only...
Are you sure they only used low-res textures? I saw nothing in your post that proved that Human Head Studios went with this option for the demo.
Everything I saw in the demo looked crisp and hi-res to me.
