Well go to Explorer and copy and paste: C:\Program Files\Opera 9.5\profile\ It's in there. of it doesn't work, try Changing Opera 9.5 to Opera 9 or even just Opera.

Seconded Raziaar, micro$oft thinks most of us are stupid and that we will use an uncompliant browser. On the other hand, IE8 beta is much more compliant and passes the acid2 test, but Opera still owns for standards. 83/100 on acid3.
