Most people just try GTA for a bit then start shooting people and being chased by police. But they play Mafia till the end for the reason of experiencing more of the great plot and missions.

Vice City is great, but really it's just for fun not serious gameplay, Mafia on the other hand is a magnificent game, with great graphics, sound, story and gameplay. In fact all illusion softwares games(the makers of mafia) are great. Anyone tryed Hidden and Dangerous 2?

The original HL had different boxes in america and europe

How can you not have enjoyed the original one, it was a work of art, the second one was good but DE1 is the best pc game ever made(after hl of course)

The graphics where great, you probably just played the demo, on a decent pc it ran great, mine is a P 2.4 with 512 ram and a G4 TI 4600, not the best pc in the world but i still brought the game in high graphics!

Will the sound be remastered as well?

DE: IW was a totally awsome game, not as good as the first one but still fab! Although HL2 will be a lot better DW: IW was a lot of fun as well.

Chaser is an action game by cauldron, it's kinda varied for an FPS and fun at places, the demo really is crap but the games a lot better, and for the guy who doesn't like farcry, he probabily hasn't played the demo(or his computer can't cope with the amazing graphics) :devil:

A great Realistic wargame was operation flashpoint, maybe not as gruesome as ShellShock: Nam '67, but definitly more realistic(as far as i can tell from the movie)

Halo's story is just that, a story. But half life's tale is much deeper, something that can really touch you, so if halo is a good book, halflife is a classic novel

It's the platform version of hl, made by germans, or at least i think so.

I read the 37th mandala, it was interesting but had a poor ending, and the book contained sex scenes, makes you wonder about alex and gorden in a Halflife novel!
