I don't think it will speed up the release process...Valve said they had to go back and redesign or reconfigure the code again so that it would not be the same as the beta when they released../.Thus making the realese slower....I think thats wuts goin down
sounds nebieish but i want to upgrade my 1.6 P4 to at least a 2.6 but i cant find info for my mother board anywhere and what speed it is cabable of. My computers a Dell Dimension 4200 and i know the motherboard was made by intel but tweaked by dell and i have no clue where to get any info...
Been thinking about preordering but if there will be 3 different Half Life 2 cd formats, which one will i get when i preorder? I want the DVD version but how do i preorder that one? Any ideas guys? Couldn't find any thread related...:dork: :dork: :dork: :dork: :dork: :dork: :dork:
Either way...this is a sad sad day for all of us. The hacker should be casturated with a rusty hook and set on display over the internet so I can set it as my wallpaper.
I respect Valve's decision to push back the release date cuz i want the BEST GAME EVER!! But I just want to say this," WHY GOD!!!!WHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?"
ive got a better underwater idea. To make it more "realistic"... notice when you look underwater, what if it was like that in Half life? You could probably get scuba gear or something to see clearly
hmmm ive noticed we are running out of things to discuss about the actuall Half life 2 game....hmmmm...maybe the e3 videos are actually gameplay that was developed a year ago and the real half life is even better! ~Discuss~
im sure they can minimize the fonts for the hud if your playing it in widescreen "mode." I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be that much of a hassle to do that
They could change the size of the hud, crosshair, etc...im pretty sure
maybe Half Life 2 will also come with the option to play the game in "widescreen" format, like the E3 direct feed videos...i think it would be pretty cool to play it like that
