Sorry about that, I went out of town for a while and only now got back.
I'm looking for an exporter for normal HL, not HL2. I've heard some people got 3dsmax 6 working with HL and I haven't been able to do it, and since I no longer have 3dsmax 5 and I really don't feel like installing it...
Too many poly's on the hands. Specifically the fingers. You won't need that many, especially since the focus won't be on the hand's largely. Most people will focus mostly on the face and larger parts of the body.
How come you're calling it "the last great war?"
After that come the Korean war, then Vietnam. Those two were pretty big wars, the Korean war was just about a world war, since the U.S. was going against two communist countries. Exact same thing for Vietnam actually. I just don't see WW2 as...
Looks good, but a few less wrinkles on the biceps (will also save a few poly's) and make the biceps a little less skin-tight. The rest of the outfit looks more "loose," so I think it would look better if the upper-arm was loose too. Put the wrinkles in with the texture, it will actually look...
If you're using Win2k or XP, just use control alt delete and then click task manager. (performance tab)
If you could give a list of your processes with how much ram they're using when you consider the comp "idle," that would help. Start up fresh, don't turn anything off or on. Just press...
There already is a monopoly. Look at the old 9500's which could be softmodded to 9700 speeds, ATI and NVidia aren't competing THAT heavily, otherwise the x800's and 6800GTs would be a lot lower priced, there are huge profit margins in the industry.
That's because of changing circumstances, in a game it would always be the same so the physics SHOULD be the exact same every time. However, due to how inaccurate floating-point precision is, and the shortcuts they have to use to make Havok run well, it won't fly the same way every time. This...
Shouldn't have to trade, a great game comes with both :hmph:
They need to work on the effects a lot, the models look okay, but the "potence" looks like ass, and the facial animations aren't too great (not on the gargoyle).
