I will make a bunch of test maps (big suprise) and then a nice paradise island and stuff. Maybe later I'll make a racing track, would be cool! This is a bit off-topic though: Someone should make a Mario Kart mod :-D

I would like to see a 3rd person view option in HL2, would be nice in some larger maps and/or when there is alot of stuff going on.

Well, I never use tewmten in fps games, 'cos people that uses voicecom doesn't know how to say my nick.. So I just go with hotdog 'co everyone can say hotdog :-)

Would be nice to have per-pixel hit detection, that way I wouldn't be TK'ing by misstake when trying to shoot above my teammates in DoD (I hate when that happens..)

No, I like realism, but I don't see why there is like 500 realism mods doing almost the same thing in all of them. People should come up with some new ideas perhaps :-) Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike realism, but I do not like it when it's more focus on realism then on gameplay! I...

There seems to be so many new ultra-realistic mods coming for HL2, that's kinda boring, why don't just make fun mods instead of ultra-realism? :-) And oh, I'm waiting for DoD2 myself :-D DoD is the best WW2 game imo, second comes BF1942, but I haven't played it so much..

IIRC, they announced that on their forums, like the 1.1 patch was gonna get released, then they were gonna start working on DoD for HL2.

The lens flare and the big text ontop is a bit too much. And you signature is too big. The Antlion (is it?) is to blurry. Maybe use some other colors them black, grey and white. Perhaps orange? Orange is a color that is associated with Half-Life alot.. And it's a nice color.

That's a nice rifle, I've shot with one of those, good accuracy and not too much recoil. The downside is that it's pretty heavy :-) And I've never seen that one in games either, only as replacement models for some half-life mods like CS and FA.

hm, I run a Athlon XP 1700+, a GeForce3, three harddrives, tco cd-rom's, a couple of fans, a ccfl light, my soundcard and a rack for the soundcard.. all that on my 250watt psu, works like a charm.. Edit: Uh yeah, I forgot my Matrox GFX card also, great for multi-head in Slackware :-D

Capture the Monkey! It's my own idea, and it goes like this :-) One temple in the middle of the map (or temple like) with a gold statue of a monkey, and there are two teams (maybe could be more!) and they have to capture the monkey and bring it to their base. So that's basiclly it. But...

The part in Bugbait when he broke the window for the antlions, cos the antlions couldn't smell the phermones (spell?) if the windows wasn't broken.. And what's not cool in Traptown? hm.. .-) But my vote is on Tunnels cos it's so sweet when he shoots the fence and the soldier falls down...
