well, a high fsb won't make a slow CPU faster (I guess). It still comes down to the CPU, but the FSB determains how fast the data transfer from and to the CPU is. if you have a fast CPU, but slow FSB, that can slow down the overall performance. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I had the same thing. just told the rpc to restart itself if it is shut down unexpectetly. (start->preferences->system->services->rpc->properties->behavier by fault or so, had to translate the names from the german version)
