Bah, I'd like to see a new engine for HL3. The Source 2 <orgasm>.

Title says it all: What new or classic games would you like to see made using the Source engine. I would think GTA4 would be amazing, with all the physics, stuff to shoot, knock around, drive into. I also would love to see a Resident Evil game made using it.

First night I played Everquest on April 16th, 1999. Best gaming experience of my life.

I get 18k 3DMarks, so hopefully 1280x1024x32 w/ 4xAA and 16x AF, atleast 45FPS. I can deal w/o AF if need be.

The 3200 is a disappointment. It falls very short of competiting at all with a 3.2GHz P4. It somewhat hangs w/ 2.8s. Tom's Hardware called them on this BS, as have other sites. It isn't slow, it's a nice chip, but it's decievingly labeled and expensive for it's performance.

My current system is: P4 [email protected] 1GB of dual DDR ram PC3200 R9800Pro 2x120GB Seagate Barracudas (SATA) SB Audigy 2 I still feel my 3DMark score is low, but I can live with it. It should run HL2 well, I hope.

Off-topic somewhat, but I OC'ed my P4 3.0GHz last night from 2.99GHz to 3.12GHz and got 750 more 3DMarks bringing my total to 18002. Weee.

If I buy one more game that is a 4 disk set with a play disk I'm going to rage.

My HP that I bought in 1999 had a DVD player. You can buy one for $30 dollars on newegg. I have a very large home theatre, but I still find having a DVD player can come in handy.

I think you just started a new trend in gaming. Buying the best and fastest hardware out there, installing it in a computer you don't use, then letting it sit while you use outdated and slower hardware. Cheers mate, let's see if it catches on!
