If you look at the E3 video where they are fighting the Strider in the courtyard. In the bottom right corner is a display for your squad. When one of the NPC's gets killed, his symbol becomes red. So maybe you will be able to control a squad and give them real commands and not just "Follow me"...

naaa, valve will have thought of something cool this time! not just: "failed to acomplish mission" or something like that. i could bet the g-man will get up again after you shoot him, then say something like "that was not very visely of you mr. freeman" and then teleport in some enemies or kill...

no thats not right. you can enter the cd key without the dashes (-) and it will still work. so hl doesn't notice the groups...

how are you gonna turn a a monitor in a VIDEO?

LOL what would be the sense of releasing the vids only to people who already OWN a valve game? they want to make new customers, and the vids are advertisments for them. so at least the vids will be available for everyone /methinks

maybe valve plays a trick at us and releases HL² without a message before, just like they released the first info on it some months ago...

hl2 is a good sequel because valve did not just add 2 new monsters, 1 new weapon and some new MP maps and sell it as a whole new game like many other developers!

if the vid is not bigger than 10mb i could host it, but i am unable to get it right now...

I'd rather wait 1 or 2 months if it is then completely bug free and really enjoyable :) they don't just delay a game because it makes fun, they have a reason for it...

that is just an ordinary crowbar... i got one like this here... maybe a tiny bit thicker but it looks the same

they WILL have to handle it when hl2 ships and people are going to download it over steam...

yeah but why does it say that i have got counterstrike? i dont have it installed... and i own the original hl, no need to download it for me :)

i think my steam has got a problem.... under the "my games" entry" it lists counterstrike, although i even have not got half-life installed, despite any mods...

excuse me, but THAT is keeping you away from liking this game??? oh man.... if that is everything, then you sure don't like duke nukem because of the hookers and mario is bad because turtles are always the bad guys or what?
