From the valve crew at E3:
Yes, CS source has ragdoll.
No, the SDK hasn't been released to "select mod teams" at E3.
When asked if CS would be the ONLY multiplayer for HL2, gabe told me that they would port over EVERYTHING (hl deathmatch, deathmatch classic, dod, cs, etc. Don't know if this...
I'll post my play by play tomorrw, i'm too tired now (its 1 AM and i have to be up at 7:15 to hit up E3 again tomorrow.)
But, i beat you though. I shook hands and talked to no less then 4 valve employees. :)
hey, if you can, stick around after it closes on friday. Thats how i got to chat with Gabe AND Eric Johnson one on one last year. Americas Army is there again?! Damn, you'd think they would have wasted enough of our tax dollars there last year... Oh well, guess it's all fun. Maybe i'll see...
tried to edit this in, but 15 mins was up. This is the banner from last year (sorry, had a crap cam then)
My first day at E3 is thursday, then i go again friday. I have school tomorrow, then after that i get to go see The Mars Volta in concert. Score!
mars volta, e3, e3. I love my next 3...
yeah, but they open the floor early to the press/TV. That way they can take all the pictures and videos they want without having annoying people in the shots.
I've arranged to have hl2.net host my pictures (I don't want you raping my mods website).
I got tickets from my cousin, she makes booths for various companies at E3.

yeah....
age limit isn't that big a deal....
(he's 14 in that pic btw, and i have many more pics of him inside the convention...)
Heh, i go to UCSB, one of two universities in North America to be ON the beach. If I wanted to go just for the babes, i'd have a better time just looking out my window (I'm not kidding btw...).
3 pages, only one guy going? :-\
guess i'll be the second then

btw: yes, that is TWO guest pass invitations, both free of charge.
i2hub would be slower then ours, as it has to leave the lan and actually travel out over the 'net to connect to the other comps. With our hub, the only limits are our lan hubs (which still run 10baseT, haven't moved up to 100 yet...)
