I ran memtest for a good few hours with no errors. I then tried to boot into windows, all went well but after about 5 mins, the thing froze ;( Tried some adjustments but it just kept on freezing ;(
Ram is TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF, which runs at 1066MHz (5-5-5-15)
I can get this to boot up in single channel mode fine and dandy. Set the frequency, timings and voltage to 2.1 and it runs sweet as a nut.
In dual cannel mode however, it boots up as 800MHz, I increase the frequency, and the voltage...
They advertise that their Asus P5KC motherboard can run ram at 1600MHz...BULLSH!T! Ive been sat here all night playing about in my bios trying everything under the sun and cant get the damm thing to work!
Asus, you suck!

I dunno if its just me but I find trying to play the game and pressing V kinda awkward. Is there anyway to set it up so that its auto pushes V whenever the mic is in use? Kinda like the setup in L4D.

I only play versus as I enjoy the competitive part of the game but if im on a team that isnt.. erm.. doing as well as it should. I hate the ass hats who just quit after the round and leave the team for the AI to take over. The AI is rubbish really and will just walk by, ignoring any team mates...
