romel it depends on where u live. in england for example as far as i know every single version of hl2 is on dvd. i know for a fact that u cant get hl2 as cds in germany so u guys have probably been posting stoopid stuff :P

cmdrate is too low, i usually keep mine the same as my updaterate, ive got em both on 80 atm. if u use updaterate 101 then i suggest changing ur cmdrate.
