I think you have to do that just in Windows. Always be sure that your monitor supports the refresh-rate you are about to set, because if it can't, your monitor will be worthless in just one flash.

You can already drop weapons in HL2, I don't think they will hurt enemies, but they getting stuck in them is a pretty crappy idea :) (don't take it personally)

I liked Blue Shift. I don't have anything against short games. It had good combat, some nice gameplay, like rescueing that scientist (forgot his name) and the HD-pack is still a gift from heaven.
I heard someone saying about the fact that the crosshair changes color when it points at a surface that has the same color as the original crosshair. In which video (or part) is this noticable?
