yeah i had to download the beta sdk update too but its not enabled until you add the -beta sdk thing... so basically you downloaded more blocked content. :D Atleast you can sleep knowing that the DODS SDK files are somewhere on your comp

just a comment, i wouldn't release a map without play testing it. I've tested my maps many times just to tweek out all the unfair sniper spots and horrid object blocking etc. With the source engine making playable/walkable maps is a bit more difficult but i dont see too many prop_physics...
im having the same exact problem... i posted here about a year ago and i still haven't found a solution. they are separted and the sky_camera is in the skybox where the 0,0,0 would be in the map. the blue toolsskybox texture is applied to the outer walls of the map and applied to all the sides...
yeah ill try doing that. I used to have like 8 of those window errors and started deleting windows still i could find them anymore...

I have no idea but recently i haven't been able to compile any working version of this map. I click the compile button and everything is fine and dandy until i try to run teh map in CSS. i go to console and type "map ____" it prints the map name and freezes or crashes and just dies...

heres some stuff to help you on (if you want)
- i like the fire, maybe add more fire/smoke stacks around? on top?
- more randomness on the ground floor to use as cover, boxes, futuristic-barrels
- and then the 3D sky box, maybe mini towers in teh distance to make it look like its...
also play with the options under Align. here you can make it so that if you have it set on World the texture bases its coordinates off of the world's system, but if its set to Face the texture will stay static no matter where the object is.
Also on the top there is a button that jsut has "tl"...
no no no... there is a prop you need to drop in your skybox or around your map... let me go find it...
yeah here:
models/props/cs_office/clouds.mdl
there are several versions of this prop so if you dont want to touch CSS props you can look for it elsewhere.

id like to have it just to learn, ya know like how you did all the glass and 3D sky box. Im having tons of problems with my map so looking at others custom maps really helps solve them...
omgomgomg. Finally after 8237942 hours of work, i did a fast compile and it took about 10min and i can mat_leafvis and it was all nice with boxes and stuff. Thanks a million everyone. Im going to do a full compile and work on lighting and then get ready for the play test tonight. Ill post...
