Are these computer companies legit?

Hi,
My dads going to be buying a new PC soon. He doesn't want me to build one because he wants tech support when something goes wrong and I'm not available (divorced parents). Anway, are either of these 2 companies legit?

Lol, For the first company for 'gaming' pc's, the graphics cards are rubbish, but good prices for the rest of it. The Second company, i'd say the same... if your dad isn't a gamer, then go for it. but makesure the company provide technical support.

I was just looking at the ones shown on the front page, if your going to spend loads of money configuring them, go for an Alienware ... :dozey:

How are they bad? IN the DDR400 Athlon 64
configurator they offer a 6800 ultra and an x800 xt
