Bush Impeachment Poll on MSNBC

Don't believe everything you see on TV. The hamburgers in McDonald's here in USA are so thin, they are almost see-through! (transparent) look it up in the dictionary if you don't know homey (friend)

I think he meant that (for example) the small soda in the USA is the same size as a 'super size' in somewhere like France or the UK.

Yea, I think I realized he was also saying that - but he did say burgers. Also, in USA, we don't have small sizes. Now its called Medium or Regular, and it's bigger. I guess it could be bigger than Hong Kong. True, but Coke was born in the USA, and Potatoes are commonly grown here. I can't say the same for Hong Kong, so they must be imported, and importing is expensive, especially for heavy products like liquids and potatoes.

So, yea I suppose we could have bigger sized drinks and fries, and possibly burgers, but not because Americans are greedy, but because they can give us a bigger coke and fries which costs less here.

Forgive me, everywhere I go, I am the Derailer.

Yeah it's completely inconcievable that Coke might actually be manufactured overseas, and that the humble potato might grow in foreign soil.....

ever since the potato famine of '45 europeans have scorned spuds ...I thought everyone knew that :O

Do you have to include an insult anytime you address me? Yes, I'm aware they have coca-cola plants world-wide.

Here is what I said:

I didn't say that potato's only grow in the united states and coke is only manufactured here. What I was getting at was that coke and potatoes are probably imported to Hong Kong, and that could explain why they have smaller portions, because the products aren't as plentiful as compared to USA.

I suppose this is the part where you say, "I insult you because you speak drivel." You really aren't impressing anyone.

It's like you are deliberately trying NOT to understand what I'm saying.

a ****ing stalker? that's a little EXTREME dontcha think?

If you make weak posts expect to get pulled up on them.

You misunderstood my meaning. I mean the hamburgers in America are bigger than the hambugers in Hong Kong in McDonald, and in all other fast food shops. You will never understand how small the hambugers in Hong Kong are in comparison with the America. The coke and hambugers and chips in American are really a jambo size. I have seen it in some websites and TV programmes.

bbson_john. See?

American burgers aren't any bigger than the ones in Hong Kong are they?

Quote, "Joining Illinois, California has become the second state in which a proposal to impeach President Bush has been introduced in the state legislature. And this one includes Cheney as well.

California Assemblyman Paul Koretz of Los Angeles (where the LA Times has now called for Cheney's resignation) has submitted amendments to Assembly Joint Resolution No. 39, calling for the impeachment of President George W. Bush and Vice President Richard Cheney. The amendments reference Section 603 of Jefferson's Manual of the Rules of the United States House of Representatives, which allows federal impeachment proceedings to be initiated by joint resolution of a state legislature.
