Nonsense - could easily take out all of World War 2 all on my own. And I should know; I've done it before in MoH and CoD.

hehe el chi against a horde of jerries with vacant stares and disturbingly similiar featues :sniper: :borg: :borg: :borg: :borg: :borg: :borg: :borg: :borg:

would you prefer if they all looked this?

ww2 games always seem to short or too easy for me. Well, MoH and CoD were. They were brilliant, they just needed more levels.

Great, more arcadey tosh.
What exactly is realistic "tosh". If you want realism, join the army. Video games are meant to be fun, not to be an interactive history or science class.

I meant arcadey in the sense of WW2 shooters - you can't deny that we've had our fair share of them (and then some). It just annoys me that something like this has been turned into Unreal Tournament with Garands, MP40s and the like; which is why I commend Gearbox for their work on Brothers in Arms.

I have nothing against arcadey games in general, hell, the UT series is one of my favourites. It's just the oversaturation of the WW2 game.

Looking forward to Call Of Duty 2, i haven't played the original but it was one of those games that "i wanted to buy as it looked great but never bought" games, sorry :(.

Can't wait for the screenshots to be officially released over the internet though, it does sound amazing. One campaign i would love is the British defense of Hong Kong and Indonesia against the Japanese. Also, i think a lot of Canada's involvement during World War 2 was in the support of Britain and the British army, i.e. like the Indian and Indo-China troops as well. It is just unfortunate that game developers see the British army as an army full of white guys with full moustaches and posh accents, rather than the very mixed army of the Coalition, as well as the Free French and Free Europeans that had managed to escape over to England.
