Hectic Glenn said:I'm really angry there are only still just 1 model per team. They've had long enough, all they did was update a model already in use. The models in raising the bar looked fricking awesome, hurry up and release them, the 1337 was ace.

EuropeBlows said:I hear ya man, thats really all i'd like them to add at this point.. I mean is it really that hard? it gets boring seeing all the same models running around ;(
DiSTuRbEd said:But is it effecting you from not being able to play the game? No, so please stop complaining about it, and wait a bit longer.
Stormy said:yea tis tru i really want my 1337 model and SAS model back, i always play as them. I think the problem is with the hit boxes, back in the day with the hitboxes a modle could be any size but at the end of the day they where the same size according to the hit boxes. Now there are no hit boxs, its on done on the actual model, so if a model is slightly smaller then another there will be abit of an advantage.
I think map-specific models are the go.

In some ways i think its good for gameplay having the same gear per team.....absoloutley no confusion.
beam said:It would be nice if they made map specific models, (ie) Arab terrorists and desert camo marines for dust levels, SWAT and the generic T skin they use now for office....etc.

bliink said:They should add a dynamic vest too, so you know when people are wearing kevlar. It can attach like the grenades do.
samo said:I like this idea,
but what about the helmets? :cheese:
bliink said:I think map-specific models are the go.
bliink said:helmet is an odd area, but I say they should have a default metal/plastic type one, and then a fancy kevlar one. maybe.
I'm not sure about the helmets
samo said:yeah I like the attaching kevlar idea, but I was just kidding about the helmet idea - that would be just a bit too ridiculous IMHO :E .
Actually, they aren't lagged.Grey Fox said:Are you sure about that, cause I remember clearly that a lot of people said the hitboxes lagged, and even had videos, in fact I'm quite sure. Did they change that in the last update.
They should of had this with CS 1.5.bliink said:I think map-specific models are the go.
Actually, they aren't lagged.
The problem with the videos is that they are from the perspective of a) a player watching another player in which case, the hit locatinos will look wrong because the actual player has different settings than the observers. OR b) The person who records the video has the wrong settings in the first place OR c) there is something wrong with their internet connection.
