I hope the demo has a different environment than what we have been seeing in the videos, though even that will likely be pretty kick-ass.

I hope they fix that physics lag in the game. You can see it every time something breaks or a enemy gets pushed hard. Like the physics arnt smooth. Anyone else notice that?

Yeah, noticed that too. I have a feeling they'll have it fixed, if not for the demo, then for the official release. (But it should be fixed for the demo if they expect to get any good buzz going.)

I'm going to assume that it will be in the demo (perhaps not the only level?), since that is probably the most polished area of the game since they show it to so many people...
