I'll be the only helpful person around here...

Press The PrtScn key on your keyboard which should be to the right of your F12 key. This will save the information being drawn on your screen(except often video files being played) to the windows clipboard. You can open up a program liked MSPAINT(you can type mspaint into the run bar to open it), paste it in there with ctrl-v or via the program's method. Save the image, and go to an image upload site like www.imageshack.us and upload the image, providing the link to view it here.
