for starters she's not hot enough to look like alyx,
valve modified alyx's face to look different from jamil's face,
& when they took photos of jamil they changed her hairstyle and gave her makeup ect, so she would look according to how they wanted alyx to look.

and if you realli dont know, jamil mullen is the woman who valve moddeled alyx's face on.
