DooM III Leaked... already?

There, My torrent was on 98.7 % and I canseled it, I can wait. I don't want to give the warez scene the satisfaction of knowing that me,moi! downloaded DOOM³..

I'l have enough satisfaction by playing the demo untill I have DOOM³ in hands, I played the quake 3 demo 2 month's (q3dm17 = teh win)
 
Wow, if this happened to Doom 3 I am sure it will happen to Half-Life 2 :(
Doom 3 already has like 3,000 downloads.
 
Half-life 2 has steam.. í think it will be much harder because of that..

and ppl want to play hl2 online, and therefor they will all buy it :)

Also, Doom 3 has atleast 4 CDs right? How do you pirate a game with that many CDs?

Doom 3 is 3 CD´s..and why would´t they be able to pirate that? UT2004 was pirated and it had 6 CD´s..

you could also get the DVD edition in the UK, easier to pirate and mount the image.
 
Sorry, I don't pirate games as often as I should I guess....just thought it would be a little hard to install a game when you have no CDs, and the only CD mounting program I know of only lets you mount 2 CDs.
 
Daemon tools you mount the drive, when it asks to install the next cd, mount the next iso.

Pirating games is so easy it's almost laughable.
 
i think alcohol will let you do more, my experience with copying software is limited to making my own music compilations.

Wow, I don't even know what an iso is...and you say it is so easy....good thing I won't even be tempted to DL then since it would just be 2 gigs of space on my comp that would never get installed.

there are two version of doom3 now has been leaked one with 1500mb the other one with 1700mb. the latter got a cdkeygen + cracks

the latter has been uploaded 15 min ago and got over 13000downloaders while the formal one got 30000 downloaders.

Don't do it...just wait a few days and pay for it....the more you DL it the more/faster it spreads.

Its been sold on ebay already, a copy of the game with a price tag of $54 is up to $100. I don't ahve the link because my bro showed it to me on his comp.

On the bright side, my copy is prepaid for and automatically sent to me when it arrives.
So for me it isn't such a big problem, just getting the game 12 days early.

REMEMBER IF YOU LIKE A GAME THAT ISN'T RELEASED WORLDWIDE AT THE SAME TIME, BE SURE YOU PICK UP A COPY WHEN IT *IS* RELEASED!

well you got a point there. Personaly I would wait for the original version with a solid CD-KEY that No one on earth has a duplicate to it(cd-key).
 
Hahha, its already leaked. Thats funny, one of the FEW LUCKY ones who got the game yesterday leaked it out... what are the chances.. sigh :\

How are you guys tracking the number of d/ls for this? There must be some kinda big torrent site that I'm completely in the dark about...

I have 12 days to enjoy the single player experience in all its glory, and then i can join the online slaughter :p

And besides, could you wait 12 more days? I wouldn't be able to browse anywhere without reading some spoilers.

i refuse to download this game....id have invested a lot of time and money into doom3 and ...it just doesnt seem right for me to download one of the most highly anticipated games in YEAAAARS...i'd rather have a LEGITIMATE LOVELY NICEY NICE BOXED COPY THANK YOU SIR

To the guys in US downloading this, it's 2 ****ing days now. How can you let your patience go to shit right at the end.
 
Why is it so hard to resist downloading it. You'll have to wait like 12 hours anyway to download the 1.5gt file, and in that time the game will already be in stores. Just...uh, don't download it. Sheeeeesh!

1-I don't have a pc to play it on

you guys know whats gonna happen to half-life2 the second somegets it?
HOWEVER, unlike half-life2, Doom3's multiplayer sucks. So i don't care I will jsut dl it, and pick up my copy if i can find it in stores later. I can do without doom3 multiplayer

wow, its everwhere..... Im not even joking. wow that was so damn fast
crap its so easy to find.. but I can wait 2-3 days for it to come out, I prefer the whole "I bought a brand new game, have the box and will enjoy the experience while playing at night alone" deal
I could easily grab it right now.... but Im not going to.

btw dont ask me for links, because Im not going to share them (sorry) but this is Doom3 and they deserve the cash.
