Due to my constant anxiety problems

I found the article that got me interested in meditation. Its from the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and I must say it is very interesting even for people who don't have any sort of stress or depression kind of problems. Its long but I encourage everyone to read it as it describes some interesting information about how our brain works and could give you new insight into your own brain and how you could make yourself function better even if you don't have any problems.

I worry alot about everything, sometimes I get panic attacks and then I can hardly think I just worry and my mind goes in circles and sometimes you cant breathe properly. I take Disipramine and Effexor as well for depression and other psycho things.. im one ****ed up 15 year old, oh well. Anxiety + Depression go hand in hand in my family and it's so messed up.. because your anxiety tells you your depressed and worries you about it, while the depession makes you want to just sit on your ass all day and worry.

this is getting more and more common among kids your age..i know alot of teenagers who are on pills like that nowdays..this was not as common when i was 15..scary

Yeah meditation is good but well its not really something you can do when your walking along in town really. Or anywhere away from home which is generally where you get afraid or intimidated

I have a friend who is on xanax. She said it helps the worriedness and stuff.

Don't worry about anything, stop thinking too much and get something to do, get your activities straight; I used to feel that way not too long ago but things are beginning to look right for me ;)

btw i'm also

disturbed, I admit it right now im being an attention whore :D but most people were actually kind enough to post advice, which helps, but thanks for being assholes.

But yeah I find music really does help (: , iv'e also been trying to learn meditation (self taught) but am actually looking for someone to teach me. Crabcakes- I was asked if I wanted to try those drugs actually :P but they put me on these and i've been on them sense.

Actually, I was agreeing with the person who made the comment of having little tact :)

I even thought about deleting the post with the attention whore picture in it.

I don't get panick attacks myself, but some people (including me) can achieve a semi-zombie state (No, it doesn't involve nibbling people on the neck) which really helps when in precarious situations (involves work and sexual relations)
