E3

I bet everyone's excited for Gran Turismo 5, but racing games, for some reason, do not appeal to me.
 
I wasn't expecting to see Portal2 at the PS3 press so I played a little Plants Vs Zombies instead
 
It's a very "twisted" game. Tying a body to a vehicle and dragging it for a long distance? Sick.
 
Portal 2 teaser looks outstanding.
 
Everyone wanted Last Guardian, but I was hoping Kojima was going to come out and announce ZoE3. I mean come on, E3, ZoE3...

Another year, my hopes are dashed.

last guardian and ico/sotc collection

this was epic i thought and the best e3 show.

Yeah, wanted any Agent or TLG or Ico/SotC collection or Sly 4. Sad news, but Twisted Metal looks AWESOME. :thumbs:
 
Sounds like Sony killed it at their conference. I woke up just in time to catch the very end of the Twisted Metal reveal :(
 
So its safe to assume we wont see anymore Valve stuff this E3? Its all done?
 
So the surprise was that Portal 2 is coming to PS3, a platform on which the original was released? Holy shit. My mind is blown.
 
That surprise SCARED THE DICK OFF MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

Anyway, doesn't the PS3 have those things? Besides Steam Cloud which uhh... you can simulate with this cool thing called a memory card.

Then I remembered I'm still a hater and not quite ready to be excited for this game. Even though it looks good. And they gave Deadpool shoryuken. And BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG.

Must...keep...hating. Remember...TvC...controls!
 
I just realized that if you intend to use PS3 move in a family environment it's going to cost you a ton for 4 dildos and nunchucks. $80 for each additional person. Kinect allows 4 people for the original price.

I'm sure it's very interesting to PS3 owners. And I thought the trailer was pretty good. And there was a gameplay demo.
 
Valve's customers are traditionally PC users, though. The trailer was okay and all but when Valve promises a surprise, I expect something with much more oomph. This hardly constitutes a surprise by anybody, to me.
 
Is it just me or does the shadow/lighting in the Portal 2 trailer look way better than any other source game? The shadows seems to be way more dynamic, even when static things moved etc.
